The Real-Vancouver Team will be giving away several 5 day/4 night Carnival Cruises for 2 over the next few months! The packages include accommodation, meals, and shipboard activities. (Note: Flight not included). Choose from 3 exciting cruises: Mexican Baja, Western Caribbean, or Bahamas.

Here’s how you can be the lucky recipient of one of these cruise packages…

A. CONTEST SURVEY: Enter to win by filling out are short 3 minute survey.

B. REFERRAL GIFT CRUISE: If you refer us to a friend, colleague, or family member that either sells or buys a property through us in the months of March or April and we’ll gift one of these packages to you.

C. SOLD IN 35 DAYS: List with us in March or April and we’ll make every effort we can to sell your property within 35 days. If we cannot sell your home within this time frame, then we’ll give you a Carnival Cruise package for two. Note: We are unable to offer this promotion to clients who were referred by friends, family, or colleagues through promotion B described above.

The average time to sell a property varies for each area in Greater Vancouver; many of which average longer than 35 days. However, we like a challenge so we’ve set-up this goal busting deadline to show you just how committed we are to helping you sell your home.

The Fine Print: The listing agreement must be on a term no less than 4 months. The cruise package is awarded at the time of completion for the property. As long as the property is sold by the Real-Vancouver Team, we also cover the cost of the package registration fee with Carnival Cruises, as well as your port fees and taxes. The overall value gifted is approximately $1000. If, after the 4 month agreement, the property is not sold and you decide to re-list with another agent, the cruise package is gifted to you at the expiration of the listing contract; however in this circumstance, we are unable to cover the registration fee, port fees, & taxes. In this case, the approximate value of the package gifted is $500. Please note that day 1 of 35 begins the day your property is posted publicly on MLS.ca.

What’s included in the package: The Carnival Cruise package includes accommodation, food and entertainment.

What’s not included in the package: Unless otherwise stated above, the flight, port fees, taxes, and $40 US registration fee are not included.
